fallibiTerms of Service
These terms apply to doni.page, fallibi.com and the MCP server at fallibi.com/mcp (together, “the service”). The service is a personal, non-commercial project run by one individual (“Doni”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
The service publishes Doni's writing and answers, lets signed-in visitors ask Doni questions and upvote questions, and lets AI assistants retrieve published material with sources. It is an early, experimental project that has not formally launched. It is free, accepts no payments and carries no advertising. Features may change or stop at any time.
Accounts
- Signing in requires a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Choose a nickname that does not impersonate anyone or mislead others. Some names are reserved.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
Your questions
- You keep ownership of the questions you submit.
- You give Doni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, display, translate and publish your questions on the service, to return them to AI assistants connected to it, and to answer them.
- Questions are public with your nickname. Do not include personal information about yourself or others, or anything confidential.
- Doni decides which questions to answer and may hide or remove any question without notice. Asking does not guarantee an answer.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or defamatory content, or spam;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- exceed or work around rate limits, overload the service, or access it other than through the website or the MCP server;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, or access data that is not yours.
We may suspend or delete accounts and revoke assistant connections that break these rules.
Doni's content
Writing and answers published on the service are Doni's personal views at the time of writing. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and they do not represent the views of any employer or institution. Unless stated otherwise, Doni keeps all rights to them. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.
AI assistants
When you connect a third-party AI assistant (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Codex), the assistant writes its own responses using the sources the service returns. The service does not control those responses and is not responsible for them. Check the cited sources. A statement that the provided material cannot answer a question does not mean Doni has no view on it. Your use of an assistant is also governed by that assistant's own terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. There is no guarantee that it will be available, error-free or secure, or that content will be kept.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Doni is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service or from content posted by others or produced by AI assistants.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Doni may end the service or your access to it at any time.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
